Maruti Suzuki Raid-de-Himalaya
This is India’s toughest and the most demanding motorsport rally. It is a hot favorite amongst sports and car enthusiasts. In this motoring event, all the participants have to drive through the most challenging roads, uninviting passes, and inhospitable terrains of the country. The journey of the rally goes through Baralacha La, Jalori Pass, Rohtang Pass, Tanglang La, and Khardung La in the Himalayas and through Lahual and Spiti valleys in the Ladakh region. This is a week long event that usually occurs at the onset of winter in the month of October in three separate versions, Xtreme, Adventure Trial, and Car Category.
Maruti Suzuki Desert Storm
Maruti Desert Storm is a six-day rally that covers a distance of about 3000 km through the unexplored territory, alarming Thar Desert, indecisive Aravali, and slippery white sands of the Rann of Kutch. The entire route goes through the interior of Rajasthan and along the coastline of Gujarat before ending at Udaipur. The route is a mix of aggressive challenging roads and busy transport sections and on the way it offers adventure, thrill, and excitement as well to the participants.
